We are honored to feature Ella Sabin, an undergraduate in her third year studying journalism, Spanish, and environmental studies at UW-Madison. Souvenirs, a culture and travel magazine, is one of multiple publications produced by the Wisconsin Union Directorate. In the Fall 2020 issue, Ella wrote “The State of National Parks” (pages 18-19). Her article discusses the double-edged sword that is increased tourism to National Parks and Wildlife Reserves during the pandemic.
