My favorite college class was Spanish 478: Border and Race Studies in Latin America.
What I’m going to miss most about UW-Madison is the people! I have met so many amazing students, faculty, and staff during my time here that I will miss dearly after graduation. I’m also going to miss the Terrace and the beautiful Lake Mendota views.
In the future, I hope to eventually become a foreign service officer for the U.S. Department of State so I can use both my Spanish language skills and political science knowledge towards diplomacy abroad.
Words of Wisdom
Take advantage of every opportunity that comes your way! Study abroad, go to that guest speaker’s lecture, meet as many people as you can because being a Badger provides so many incredible experiences that you can’t get anywhere else, and you’ll be so glad you did all of those things come graduation time.
