Kory Deavers joined the Department of Spanish & Portuguese in October 2020 after seven years of serving as the Human Resources and Finance Manager for the Office of Undergraduate Advising. Kory is a graduate of UW-Whitewater with an MS in Education in School Finance and a bachelor’s degree in HR Management. When not at work Kory loves to be out on the golf course and has coached Edgerton golf teams since 2016. Kory loves to travel with his wife Tracy, an administrator in the Edgerton Area Schools, and their daughter Alexis, who started at UW-Madison in Fall 2020. They have two dogs, Molly and Olive, who love to spend their time sleeping and protecting the neighborhood from anything that moves.
